City advises of water supply disruption to the Goodwood, Edgemead and Monte Vista areas

The City of Cape Town’s Water and Waste Directorate is planning to shut down water supply to Goodwood from 20:00 on Thursday, 28 October 2021 until 02:00 on Friday, 29 October 2021.

This water meter replacement forms part of the Bulk Water infrastructure maintenance programme to ensure continued water supply and also to reduce unaccounted for water.

Careful consideration has been given to the planning of this work to ensure minimal disruption to the water supply in the affected areas.

The City regrets any inconvenience caused, however, this operation will ensure future continuity of water supply to consumers.
